All labels and overlays created at Applied Graphics are screen printed and then finished by die cutting or CNC machining to your specifications - including texturing, top coating, and/or lamination. Each piece is then put through a scrutinizing hand-inspection process. For added assurance, we are ISO 9001:2015 certified, operate under UL and CSA guidelines, and our equipment can meet a wide variety of adhesive specifications and printing requirements.
In addition to our die cutting services, we also offer custom laser cutting, routing, and digital cutting for various materials as thin as 1mil. Flux brazing foils, plastics, etc. can be cut in intricate shapes within some of the tightest tolerances in the industry. These capabilities also allow for low-cost, rapid prototyping as they don't require special tooling to be made. Kitting services are available upon request.
